Union Craft Brewing - Kegs Now In Stock

Dawson’s is proud to announce that we are now carrying kegs of delicious ales and lagers from Baltimore’s own Union Craft Brewing! Recently, Danny and J visited the brewery and were immediately blown away by how great their beer tasted. Union’s brewing space was nothing short of spectacular. In addition to their pristine stainless steel brewhouse, Union has a tasting room offering growler fills and tours every Saturday from 1-4 PM.

Currently Union produces two year-round brews, as well as several seasonal and limited offerings. As of the time of this posting, Dawson’s is carrying sixtels of “Duckpin Pale Ale”, described as “a generously hopped pale ale…brewed with lots of Pacific Northwest & New Zealand hops.” If that doesn’t make you thirsty, Dawson’s was also able to score an EXTREMELY LIMITED sixtel of “Hard Times”, a smoked saison brewed in collaboration with another local favorite – Stillwater Artisanal. “Hard Times” was brewed to celebrate local legend Casey Hard, Beer Director of Max’s Taphouse. If you wish to have Union Craft Brewing beers in your kegerator or on tap at you next party, make sure to get yours at Dawsons! Please call ahead to reserve kegs. You can also find Union beers on tap at places like Adam’s Ribs Severna Park, Punk’s Backyard Grill, and other fine beer bars throughout Maryland.

From the Union Craft Brewing Website: “Situated along the Jones Falls river, in the historic Woodberry neighborhood of Baltimore, the Union Craft Brewery makes good beer and good company. With reverence for tradition and place we brew beers that unite old and new ideas, the science and craft of brewing, and boldness and balance of flavor. Founded in the fall of 2011 by Jon Zerivitz and Kevin Blodger, brewing operations officially began in the spring of 2012 with the installtion of a 20-bbl brewhouse and the initial launch of Duckpin Pale Ale. The brewery will be open to the public for free tours and tastings in our on-site tasting room.”
